Disagreement with Paul and Barnabus

After reading Acts 15 and seeing the disagreement with Paul and Barnabus. even though they had a disagreement at the end they both partied and carried on the work for God. No Fight, No Volience.
In today's world, why cant we live like this. Of course we will have disagreements but there should end peacefully and we should always respect thy neighbours.
It's easy to say why can't we be like Paul and Barnabas when it comes to settling differences? but we have to realise that Paul and Barnabas though they were sinners like you and I were actuated by a Spirit different to that which controls this world and those in it. They had the Spirit of Christ, a Spirit not even respected in this world which is run by the spirit of Satan a.k.a the spirit of selfishness(Ephesians 2:1-10). Unless you are experiencing the Spirit of Christ moment by moment then it is impossible for those in the world to solve their differences in any other way than that of violence and force.
